Pet Peeves

I have a lot of them. I'm not proud of that fact but it's the truth. There are so many but I'll only list a few here.

However, one of my top ten pet peeves is when people don't respond to my emails. Sure, it would be great if they responded within seconds. But let's be reasonable. I give them a 24 hour grace period or 48 hours for the weekend. People get busy, I get it. HOW, though, do people NOT respond at all?? What is UP with that? It takes two freakin' seconds. I've never asked anyone to write me a thesis-length reply. Just answer my question, please! Just let me know you've actually read my email and get back to me later! It especially irks me when I know they're not a) on vacation b) working full time and are a) retired and probably b) sitting in front of their computer.

Okay, okay. So I know it's impossible to tell what people are actually doing and I can surmise and assume and guess all I want. And I can't force anyone onto their computer and everyone's got free will, blah blah blah...

JUST PLEASE ANSWER MY EMAIL!
