This should be the "good" Daylight Saving Time, when you "fall" back one hour (that's how I remember which one it is. "Spring" forward in the spring and "fall" back in the fall). You gain one entire hour. That's one more hour of sleep! Awesome, right? With an infant who has no concept of DST, however, not so much. So we woke up one hour earlier than usual. I'm fortunate, actually. Jr. wakes up around 8am everyday. I know, it's great. This morning 8am became 7am, but at least she doesn't wake up at 5am and today it became 4am. There's almost always a silver lining! I wonder how long it will take Jr. to get back to her usual timetable. Or will she ever?
On a side note, yesterday hubby and I took Jr. to the park. We just happened to meet my sister with my niece and nephew on the path to the park so we all went together. After pushing the kids on the swings for a bit, they went on the play structure. The three of them sat in this blue tube with little holes in it. My sister has an awesome camera and she takes it with her wherever she goes with the kids, so she took a bunch of great shots. Check this one out!
Can you believe it? It looks like she photo-shopped it to give it the blue ethereal look but nope! Just her deluxe camera and her talented picture-taking abilities!
Amazing photo!!! What a cutie :)
