Actually Laughing Out Loud...Or Aloud

How many times have you typed "lol"? How many times did you actually laugh out loud? (When I started this post, I thought it was "aloud" and "out loud" was poor English but as it turns out you can use both -- at least according to what I read on Google.) I don't know why but I was thinking about that today and thought of those times when I was reading or watching something and I laughed aloud/out loud and how good it felt. It's rare. Sometimes you smile and you'll tell people what you saw or read was funny but you didn't really laugh. Well, the following are things I actually laughed at and I think it's because they're mostly true!

So to start: I don't watch Family Guy. It's a little crass for my tastes but one of my siblings showed this to me and I thought it was hilarious.

                                                                                       
I think it was my sister who showed me this clip for Father's Day. Again, it's funny because it's true. The first dad in the office reminds me of my husband -- Crackberry clip for his pants and everything! It's the Dad Life, yo!

                                                                                     
When I was pregnant one of my friends asked me if I was going to get photos taken professionally. I said, "No way!" and this little gem of a post is why! Some of the photos made me laugh until I cried. 'Nuf said!

And then my other sister sends me these wacky pet photos with humorous captions (some more funny than others). Every once in awhile she sends a really funny one and I laugh. A lot. Here are two of my favorites.
